Delivery

When your goods arrive in our warehouse we will contact you to inform you that we are now ready to arrange delivery to you, at this point you will also be asked for any remaining balances due.

For the delivery we use a tried and trusted one-man delivery company or for local deliveries we may use our own delivery service. You may be asked to assist the driver with lifting, as sometimes access might limit the ease of delivery, (The reason for this is we aim to offer you the most competitive prices as possible).

If you require a two-man delivery service please contact us for a quotation for this service.

Upon prior agreement, old furniture may be removed on a like for like basis, please ask a member of our sales team when you are confirming the order details.

Delivery is FREE to addresses, within mainland England, if the order value is £500 or more. Any orders below £500 within mainland England will be charged at £15 for furniture and from £6 for lights. For all other addresses outside this area and including the EU states, quotes are available on application.

We aim to deliver your furniture within the time quoted when you placed your order. If, however, your order is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, then we cannot accept any liability for consequential loss.

You will become the owner of the goods (and be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods) at the time of delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the goods.

All deliveries must be signed for on delivery. If you are out when we make a pre-arranged delivery there may be an additional charge for this.

Access to the destination room

Before placing an order for larger items, please check that the items of furniture will fit through any passages, stairwells, landings and doorways on the way to the destination room, as we cannot accept this as a reason to refuse delivery.
