What happens after I’ve placed an order with ‘The Online Furniture Store’?
- A member of our sales team will contact you within one working day, the details of order will be confirmed and a 20% deposit will be requested (a credit/debit card or cheque can be used to pay for your deposit).
- An approximate delivery time will be given.
- If you have any questions about your order please mention this to the member of the sales team, we aim to please our customers.
- When we receive your order into our warehouse, it will go through a pre-delivery inspection process and then we will phone you for a mutually convenient delivery date/time and payment will be requested, this can be with a debit card or you can send a cheque one week before delivery.
