Can I still place an order?
Yes you can! Simply place your order through our website www.theonlinefurniturestore.co.uk or email to either Enquiries@robertjamesinteriors.co.uk / Info@theonlinefurniturestore.co.uk - whichever suits you best.
How will payment be taken?
We can still take payment over the phone, also any purchases online will go through a secure payment gateway as normal. If you are having any trouble let us know and we can guide you through it.
When will my order be delivered?
We are currently delivering through a pallet service and other couriers, so there are currently no delays at all with delivery. You can also choose to collect from our warehouse if you wish.
Is my booked delivery still going ahead?
Yes, whenever possible all pre booked deliveries are still going ahead as planned. If you wish to check on a particular delivery, simply email us with your order number and we will be able to check this for you.
